r ' <br /> 'XTP= Town of Aubpee <br /> •\\' :�•• 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> e'q B! cr MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> RE: PECO INC. for a Variance - V-91-34 <br /> On July 15, 1992 the Board of Appeals held a public meeting <br /> at the Mashpee Town Hall during which time the Board was informed <br /> that the original Decision for a Variance for PECO Inc. for a Variance <br /> of front setbacks in an R-5 zoning district on property located at <br /> 84 Shields Road (Map 30, Block 12A) made reference to plans of <br /> Christopher Costa-which contained an error in the side setback <br /> from Tobisset Court. The Board was informed that plans of Eagle <br /> Surveying dated June 18, 1992 determined that the actual location <br /> of the house and garage was 19.2' from Tobisset Court rather than <br /> 21' . <br /> The Board found that a literal enforcement of the provisions <br /> of the By-laws would involve substantial hardship and that relief <br /> could be granted without derogating from the intent or purpose of <br /> the By-laws. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on July 15, 1992 togrant the Variance allowing for a <br /> 19.2' setback from Tobisset Court.
