WASIL, ) <br /> Defendants. ) <br /> STATEMENT OF THE CASE <br /> The Plaintiff, Charles M. Talanian, Trustee of Chatal Realty <br /> Trust, is the owner of real estate, which is the subject matter <br /> of the Special Permit decision/renewal issued by the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals on March 24, 1992 . Plaintiff brings this action <br /> appealing the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals granting <br /> the Permit, but imposing certain conditions which, in the opinion <br /> of the Plaintiff, go beyond the authority of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals . The Plaintiff, as the owner of the parcel which is the <br /> ubject matter of the Permit and conditions, is a person <br /> ggrieved within the meaning of M.G.L. c. 40A. The Plaintiff <br /> eeks a trial de novo and an annulment of the Board's decision <br /> ntaining 'the conditions imposed. <br /> 1 <br />
