Adequate sanitary facilities shall be made available to <br /> the general public attending the Flea Market. <br /> A minimum of five ( 5) port-o-johns, exclusive of the <br /> permanent rest room facilities in the restaurant currently <br /> known as Fabio's, shall be maintained on the site in <br /> accordance with Health Department regulations . <br /> 14 . The applicant shall comply with any and all Regulations of <br /> the. Mashpee Board of Health. Any finding by the Board of <br /> Health that the applicant has failed to comply with the <br /> directive and/or order of the Board of Health to rectify <br /> or remove a violation after having been advised that he is <br /> in violation of the Board' s Rules and Regulations, may be <br /> considered a substantial violation of this Permit in <br /> accordance with paragraph 12 . <br /> 15 . Signage for No Parking shall be maintained on the owner' s <br /> property on Great Neck Road South. <br /> 16 . The Board shall be informed of any substantial change in <br /> the Phase 1 and 2 plans submitted - SKI and SK2 by Sumner <br /> Schein, Architects and Engineers, dated November 10 , 1992 . <br /> 17 . Prior to the applicant opening the flea market in 1993 he <br /> will institute some of the changes proposed on the <br /> drawings and work will commence on improvements to the <br /> parking area. <br />
