SP-92-64 <br /> A' Petition was filed by Deer Crossing Associates Inc. of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.D.2, 174-25.D.4 <br /> and 174-25.H.6 for permission to expand Building C at Deer Crossing with <br /> an addition for a fitness center in a C-1 zoning district on property <br /> located at 681 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block 32, Lot 21C) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. (Owner of record: Shore Crossing Ltd. Patrnership) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on September 4 and September 11, 1992. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, September 23, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: John J. Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> Ronald Capozzoli Jr. represented the applicant and presented plans <br /> for an addition to Building C to accomodate a fitness center. No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br /> The Board determined that the use is in harmony with other <br /> permitted uses in this zoning district and that granting this <br /> Special Permit would not be a detriment to the surrounding„ <br /> neighborhood. <br />
