Spousta of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> rebuild and expand a non-conforming dwelling in an R-3 <br /> zoning district. on proper.ty .located at 150' Ninigret <br /> Avenue (Map 65 , Block 80 ) Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly .given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 9 <br /> and October 16 , 1992 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> .A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at 7 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28 , <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of. the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: John J . <br /> Friel , Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D . Mindick. <br /> Mr. Spousta informed the Board that he planned to <br /> demolish a seasonal cottage on his property and rebu' ld <br /> it with a 20% increase in square footage. He explained <br /> that the total lot coverage of the house and the <br /> expanded cottage would be 9 . 8%. <br />
