Schuster - SP-92-70 <br /> A Petition was filed by Elaine M. Schuster of <br /> Boston, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 2 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for an existing pier, <br /> ramp and floats in an R-3 Zoning district on. property <br /> located at 174 Waterway (Map 111 , Block 91 ) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of. Mashpee, on October 9 <br /> and October 16 , 1992 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at 7 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28 , <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : John J. <br /> Friel , Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D. Mindick . <br /> Engineer Christopher Costa represented the <br /> applicant and presented plans for an existing pier, ramp <br /> and floats . He explained that the pier was built before <br /> 1984 and they were applying for an amnesty license. No <br /> comments were received from Conservation or the <br /> Shellfish Constable . <br />
