Sivco - SP-92-81 <br /> A Petition was filed by James M. Sivco of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a <br /> non-conforming dwelling in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 16 Treasure Lane (Map 96 , Block 63 ) <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by• publication in The Enterprise , a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 9 <br /> and October 16 , 1992 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hail at' 7 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28 , <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : John J . <br /> Friel , Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D . Mindick . <br /> Mr . Sivco presented plans for a house addition and <br /> a new deck to a dwelling constructed in 1961 . Proposed <br /> lot coverage would be 12%. Comments were received from <br /> an abutter in favor of the addition. <br />
