Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 9 <br /> and October 16, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at 7 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28, <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: John J. <br /> Friel, Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D. Mindick. <br /> Mr . Sivco presentad plans for a house addition and <br /> deck . He explained that the original dwelling, built Sn <br /> 1961, had been constructed too close to the side lot <br /> line. <br />
