Foley - SP-92-73 <br /> A Petition was filed by Patrick J. and Catherine M. <br /> Foley of Allston, Massachusetts for a Special Permit <br /> under Sections 174-17 and 174-63 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to expand a non-conforming dwelling in a <br /> flood plain zone with a house addition and deck in an <br /> R-3 zoning district on property located at 276 <br /> Monomoscoy Road (Map 120, Block 60 ) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a- newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpoe, on October 9 <br /> and October 16 , 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at 7 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28 , <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : John J. <br /> Friel, Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D. Mindick . <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter and Engineer Peter Sullivan <br /> represented the applicants . They presented plans for an <br /> 18 ' x 20 ' addition to an existing dwelling and the <br /> addition of a deck. Proposed lot coverage would be 133. <br /> Mr. Carter explained that the owners were renovating the <br /> entire property. <br />
