Foley - V-92-74 <br /> A Petition was filed by Patrick J . and Catherine M. <br /> Foley of Allston, Massachusetts for a Variance from <br /> Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> vary the setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district <br /> on property located at 276 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120 , <br /> Block 60 ) Mashpee; -Massachusetts- <br /> Notice was duly gives to abutters in accordance - <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee , on October 9' , <br /> and October 16 , 1992 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at 7 : 30 P .M. on Wednesday, October 28 , <br /> 1992 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : John J . <br /> Friel , Edward M. Govoni and Arnold D . Mindick . <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter and Engineer Peter Sullivan <br /> represented the applicants . They presented plans for an <br /> 18 ' x 20 ' addition to an existing dwelling and the <br /> addition of a deck . Mr . Carter explained that the <br /> topography of the lot presented a hardship and Building <br /> Inspector William F. Hauck recommended approval of <br /> variances in front and side setbacks . <br />
