Doyle for a Special Permit SP-91-24 <br /> A Petition was filed by Lawrence W. Doyle of Wellesley Hills, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-24 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to alter/change/extend a pre- <br /> existing non-conforming structure by removing the existing building <br /> and reconstructing a new single family structures in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 15 Dean's Hollow Road (Map 123, Block 150) <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. (Owners of record: Lawrence W. and Hilda E. <br /> Doyle) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on February 25 and March 4, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> i <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 13, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout; <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and John J. Friel. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicant. He presented <br /> plans for the reconstruction of an existing seasonal home. The proposed <br /> building will comply with the Federal and local flood plain regulations <br /> and the Board of Health septic requirements. No comments were received <br /> from abutters. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the purpose and <br /> intent of the By-laws and complies with the provisions set forth <br /> therein. The Board determined that the extension and alterations <br /> would not be more detrimental to the neighborhood that the existing <br /> nonconforming use. <br />
