Cerniglia and Howard Feldman SP-91-23 <br /> A Petition was filed by Joseph Cerniglia of Lynnfield, Massachusetts <br /> and Dr: Howard Feldman of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts for a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> construct a pier, gangway and float in an R-3 zoning district for the <br /> joint use of property located at 105 and 111 Waterline South Drive <br /> (Map 125, Blocks 246, 247 and 248) Mashpee, Massachusetts. (Owners <br /> of record: Jospehy A. and Nancy M. Cerniglie, Pamela C. Feldman TR <br /> and Christopher Burden TR.) <br /> Notice was fuly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on February 25 and March 4, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 13, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and John J. Friel. <br /> Engineer Douglas Cameron represented the applicants and presented <br /> plans for a pier to serve two lots. The plans represented a 267 <br /> reduction in size from an earlier approved planns. <br /> Comments were received from Harold Cohen, an abutter, questioning <br /> the depth of the water in the area. Mr. Cameron produced information <br /> on depths and stated there was sufficient water in the area. No comments <br /> were received from the Conservation or Shellfish Commissions. <br /> y <br />
