BOX nOe <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> DECISION OF RENEWAL <br /> OF SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Edward R . Wasil for a Special Permit Renewal <br /> Case : SP-91 -25 <br /> A-:Petition for a Special Permit renewal was filed by <br /> Edward R . Wasil requesting a renewal of Special Permit <br /> SP-84-03-01 , Condition 14, and a modification of conditions #4 <br /> and #14 of the 1990 Special Permit renewal . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 25, 1991 and April <br /> 2, 1991 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 10, 1991 at 7 : 30 P.M . at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout : Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas <br /> and William J . Hanrahan. <br /> Attorney Ron S . Jansson represented the 'applicant . He <br /> reviewed the history of the flea market permit and informed the <br /> Board that Mr. Wasil ' s lease term has been extended and <br /> improvements are being planned for the site . <br /> Letters were received from the Chief of Police and the <br /> Fire Chief in favor of the renewal of the Special Permit . <br /> Comments were received from a representative of the Chamber of <br /> Commerce suggesting that vendors have transient vendors <br /> licenses . Comments were received from the Board of Health <br /> stating that they had no objection to the renewal and would <br /> consider a modification of Condition #14 of the 1990 permit . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Mashpee Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on April 24, 1991 to grant the <br /> renewal of the Special Permit subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br />
