MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Homecomings - SP-91-37 <br /> A Petition was filed by Robin Sager of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E. 1 for permission to operate <br /> a retail store in a C-1 zoning district on property located at Building <br /> 10. 102 Mashpee Commons, 38 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, Block 20) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Fields Point Ltd. Partnership) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on June 7 and June 14, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 26, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas and William J. Hanrahan. <br /> Robin Sager, represented the application and informed the Board <br /> that she was operating a specialty store for kitchen equipment. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the Zoning By-laws and complies with the <br /> provisions therein. <br />
