Kott of Yarmouthport, MA <br /> for a -Special Permit under Section 174-25.E. 1 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to operate a retail store in a C-1 zoning district on <br /> property located at Building 11A.203-11A.206 Mashpee Commons, <br /> 38 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> record: Fields Point Ltd. Partnership) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on June 11 and June 18, 1991, copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 26, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas and William J. <br /> Hanrahan. <br /> Dana L. Kott represented the application and informed the <br /> Board that the store will specialize in the rental and sale <br /> of laser discs and the sale of laser disc players. No comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the Zoning By-laws and complies with the <br /> provisions therein. <br />
