BOX 1106 <br /> OLeco" MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> 1 <br /> 14 RE: Ronald McCarthy for a Special Permit - SP-91-56 <br /> ,i A Petition was filed by Ronald McCarthy of Westwood, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to expand a non-conforming structure with a <br /> house and deck addition and pool and relocation of a dock, ramp and <br /> floats in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 7 Popponesset <br /> Island Road (Map 105, Block 261) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on October 4 and October 11, 1991. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, October 23, 1991 and continued on December 11, 1991 <br /> `i at which times the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: William J. Hanrahan, Michael A. Makunas <br /> i <br /> 'd <br /> and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane and Engineer David Sanicki represented <br /> the Applicant. Mr. Kirrane informed the Board that the applicants <br /> planned an addition to the house and deck at the same distance from <br /> the lot line as now exists and propose to reconstruct a dock and add <br /> a pool. <br /> 1' <br />
