MA 02649 Nov L1 8 �•J�� � <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> AMENDED DECISION - 2. <br /> Re: James Circle Realty Trust V-91-1 - V-91-16 <br /> On November 13, 1991 the Board of Appeals held a public meeting <br /> at the Mashpee Town Hall during which time the Board was informed <br /> that the language of Condition 112 of the original Decision was not <br /> enforceable legally and should be eliminated. The Condition 112 <br /> read: "Pursuant to an offer made by the Petitioners, the Deed to <br /> the lots shall contain a restrictive covenant to compel future <br /> owners to become members of John's Pond Estates Association and <br /> maintain membership in good standing". <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on November 13, 1991 to eliminate condition 112. <br /> The amended copy of the Conditions is attached. <br /> BY: <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> ' . <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> IN 'FAVOR: <br />
