MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF 'APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT `Y <br /> RE: Louis Marandola for a Special Permit SP-91-69 <br /> A Petition was filed by Louis Marandola of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a •Special Permit under Section 174-25.I. 13 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in a C-1 zoning <br /> district on property located at 650 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block <br /> 4) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Charles M. Talanian TR) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on October 25 and November 1, 1991, a copy of which is. attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at-the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, November 13, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and John J. Friel. <br /> Chris Marandola represented the applicant and explained that <br /> they were seeking a seasonal permit for sales of Christmas trees <br /> and wreaths between Thanksgiving and Christmas. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the by-laws and complies with the provisions <br /> set forth therein. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on November 13, 1991 to grant the Special Permit for <br /> the seasonal sale of Christmas trees and wreaths per requirements <br /> of Section 174-25.I. 13 of the Zoning By-laws. <br /> i <br /> If <br /> l� <br />
