MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: John Gonella for a Special Permit SP-91-62 <br /> A Petition was filed by John Gonella of Sagamore, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.G.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to operate a wholesale and storage business in an <br /> I-1 zoning district on property located at 80 Echo Road (Map 19, <br /> Block 5) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A, Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on October 25 and November 1, 1991, a copy of which is, attached hereto <br /> I and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> I <br /> Hall on Wednesday, November 13, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> t <br /> throughout: Michael A. Makunas, John J. Friel and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> i Mr. Gonella represented his application and informed the Board <br /> that he had a potential tenant for his vacant lot for use for the <br /> storage of boats or trucks. The Board requested that Mr. Gonella <br /> imeet with David Rich Jr. , Operations Manager of the Mashpee Water <br /> District, to review his plans since the site was located within the <br /> F Groundwater Protection District. The application was taken under <br /> advisement. <br /> On January 8, 1992 the Board received a letter 'from the Water <br /> District confirming that the plans submitted by Mr. Gonella were in <br /> compliance with the recommendations of the Water District. <br /> i <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> -� unanimously on January 8, 1992 to grant the Special Permit based <br /> on plans submitted for a 100' x 180' paved area. <br />`i <br /> L __ <br />
