MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Richard Frye for a Special Permit - SP-91-68 <br /> A Petition was filed by Richard Frye of Braintree, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to build a dock consisting of a stairway, ramp and <br /> floats in an R-5 zoning district on property located at 256 Pimlico <br /> Pond Road (Map 2, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Edith <br /> R. Frye) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> _ Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on November 8 and 15, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, November 27, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and John <br /> J. Friel. <br /> Engineer Stephen Doyle represented the applicant and presented <br /> plans for a dock on Wakeby Pond. He explained that the project <br /> L <br /> had been approved by Conservation and would have seasonal use only. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the zoning by-laws and complies with the <br /> provisions therein. <br /> c ' <br />
