The Defendant, Charles P. Reidy III, is an individual with an address of 17 Windsor <br /> Point, Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02649, and an Associate Member of <br /> the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals, with a business address of 16 Great Neck Road <br /> North, Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02649. <br /> FACTUAL ALLEGATION <br /> 12. BEC repeats and revers the allegations contained in Paragraph 1 through 11, as if fully set <br /> forth herein. <br /> 13. BEC purchased the Subject Property pursuant to a Quitclaim Deed, dated January 31, <br /> 2020, and filed with the Barnstable County Registry District of the Land Court as <br /> Document 1,390,516 on Certificate No. 221878. <br /> 14. The Subject Property is comprised of 12,443 sq. ft. (7,609 sq. ft. of upland) and is <br /> improved with a single-family, ranch style home built in the 1960's. <br /> 15. On January 28, 2022, BEC, through its attorney, filed an application for a Special Permit <br /> with the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to §174-17.1 of the Zoning By- <br /> Laws to raze and rebuild the existing structure and replace it with a new home. <br />
