The <br /> existing lot coverage at 25.5%, and the revised site plan depicted a slightly lower lot <br /> coverage at 24.9%, the Board needs to determine if the proposed is more detrimental than <br /> what exists, and if the applicant was creating a new non-conformity under the Special <br /> Permit Bylaw Section 174-17.1. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 13, <br /> 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to accept the withdrawal of the <br /> Variance request. The revised site plan depicted the correct front setback complied with <br /> the zoning requirement of 41.4 ft. <br /> 3 <br />
