Vice-Chairman Lyons requested from GHD a line item checklist of actions that are needed from <br /> the Town at this point. <br /> Water levels and where to go from here <br /> Anastasia Redenko discussed the study that was done on the water levels near Quaker Run. <br /> She stated that over the past couple of months a series of wells were put in, a topographic <br /> survey was done and ground water measurements were taken to assess what the local water <br /> table is around Quaker Run to determine if the Quaker Run wetland is connected to ground <br /> water. <br /> The preliminary results show a small separation between the ground and the ground water <br /> elevation.The information has been sent to Mass DEP and a follow-up meeting will be held to <br /> discuss what the next steps moving forward will be to continue the assessment. <br /> Sewer does from Selectman Gottlieb and Glenn Harrington <br /> Mr. Harrington discussed the Coordinated Approach to Nitrogen Reduction. <br /> Review of GHD and EP proposals <br /> Sandra Tripp was asked to explain the meaning of"25% Design". <br /> it was explained that it will provide a layout of a collection system identifying how many miles <br /> of sewer the project will entail and where pump stations will be placed so that a cost estimate <br /> can be pulled together. <br /> Chairman Rapacz proposed that the Committee plan to meet with each bidder independently at <br /> the March 1711 meeting to ask questions and then make a decision on the proposals at the <br /> March 24th meeting. <br /> Correspondence; <br /> None <br /> Other items not reasonably anticipated by the Chair <br /> None <br /> Next meeting <br /> March 17, 2022 <br /> 2.00 pm <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 2 <br />
