,T vi (Y- Arlashpee n Meeting Minutes Design Review Committee Tuesday, February 1, 2022 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan Furbush, and Joe Callahan Dave called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. 8:30 am Business name: M3 Ventures, Inc d/b/a Triple M Project Address: 29/41 Echo Road Owner: Lianne Ankner Architect/Engineer: James Steedle Representative: Kevin O'Reilly, and Damon Smith Request: Cannabis Retail Store, The proposed building will be built out of wood (versus steel), will aesthetically look more in keeping with Cape Cod architecture, will reduce the footprint 3,700 sq. ft. to 3,600 sq. ft., and will be reduced to a single story building (versus 2-story building) 3,612 sq. ft. Lianne presented the Committee a revised building plan of the proposed retail cannabis store that will be adjacent to the existing medical cannabis building. The retail store has been open since June, and they realized that the space is oversized as well as on the initial design plan. The new proposed building will be a wooden Cape Cod style structure. Kevin provided the older plan for the committee to see the difference in the size and style. Joe asked if the business will be closed during construction. Lianne said that they do not have to close because there is a breezeway that will connect the existing building and the new building for business to continue. There are currently two temporary wings on the side of the existing building that will be removed once the new section is constructed. Jonathan confirmed the colors and texture of the siding for the building as submitted on the design plan. The existing building will be reconstructed to match the new building. Damon mentioned that the existing building has brick fagade on the bottom 4 ft. roughly with clapboard siding, and will be changed to match the new structure. i
