Funding would also further one additional stormwater concept design to the <br /> permitting level and develop 5 additional high-priority concept designs. <br /> The Town of Mashpee is working with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe's Department of Natural Resources <br /> in partnership to facilitate stormwater planning efforts for the Santuit Pond watershed. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to submit a letter of support to the grant funding submission to <br /> the Municipal Vulnerability Program as referenced authorizing the Town Manager to execute the <br /> document on behalf of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0-1. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden,yes Selectman Gottlieb, abstained <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Opposed, none <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> Assembly of Delegates: The Assembly of Delegates continues to debate the use of ARPA funds with <br /> Barnstable County. Alternative ways to expend and disburse funds are being considered. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> Special Legislation: The name modification from Board of Selectmen to Select Board is under review <br /> passing in the House. <br /> Sewer Commission: Vacancies are duly posted. <br /> COVID-19: Two positive cases were reported this past weekend. <br /> Information Technology: There was a glitch on the Town's website that has been remedied. <br /> Joint Meeting: The Select Board and Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council are scheduled to meet at <br /> Tribal Headquarters on Monday,May 16,2022 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan: The Town Manager is expected to conduct a review of the process associated <br /> to the update of the Local Comprehensive Plan and to ensure those participating remain courteous and <br /> respectful of others. <br /> Public Forum: An informational session is planned on May 25, 2022 to clarify and answer questions <br /> regarding Innovative Alternative systems. Key departments will be in attendance. Advance questions may <br /> be forwarded to the Town Manager's Office for compilation. <br />
