The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 9 by a vote of 5-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 9 by a vote of 7-0 <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to approve Article 9 as printed in the Warrant and with the exception of the <br />phrase "or take any other action relating thereto'. <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:25 PM <br />GROUP #2 CONSENT CALENDAR ANNUAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLES IO <br />THROUGH 19 <br />(one motion made by Selectman Weeden) <br />Article 10 <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $250,000 from revenue available for <br />appropriation to the Other Postemployment Benefits Irrevocable Trust Fund, or take any other action relating <br />thereto. <br />Submitted by the <br />Board of Selectmen <br />Explanation: This article will add funds to the OPEB Irrevocable Trust Fund which was established in FY 2013 <br />to assist the Town with meeting its potential post -employment benefits obligation. <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 10 by a vote of 5-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 10 by a vote of 7-0 <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:27 PM <br />Article 11 <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $250,000 from revenue available for <br />appropriation, to be deposited into special injury leave indemnity fund, (Injured on Duty Fund), in accordance <br />with the provisions of General Law Chapter 41, Section 111F for the purposes of funding injury leave <br />compensation or medical bills incurred under said law, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />Submitted by the <br />Finance Director <br />Explanation: This article would deposit $250,000 into the special injury leave indemnity fund (Injured on Duty <br />Fund). <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 11 by a vote of 5-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 11 by a vote of 6-0 <br />
