Explanation: the Capital Improvement Program Committee voted unanimously to recommend <br />that the Town use Capital Stabilization Funds to purchase existing condominium units and <br />customize those units to house the Department of Natural Resources and further to use Capital <br />Stabilization Funds to be voted at the May Special Town Meeting for the funds to become available <br />during Fiscal Year 2021. <br />FISCAL YEAR 2022 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION <br /> DNR Facility $ 850,000 <br /> <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 6 by a vote of 5-0 <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 6 by a vote of 7-0 <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb <br />Motion: I move that the Town vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $850,000 from <br />Capital Stabilization Fund to fund the Natural Resources capital expense account. <br /> <br />Motion passes unanimously at 7:26 PM <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn passes at 7:26 PM <br /> <br />THIS CONCLUDES THE BUSINESS OF THE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at the <br />Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, thirty days at least before said <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Hereof fail not and make return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the <br />time and place of said meeting. <br /> <br />Given under our hands this 22nd day of March in the year two thousand and twenty one. <br /> <br />Per Order of, <br />Board of Selectmen <br />John J.
