Town of ash ee <br /> 10 Great Xeck bad Ar-th <br /> w--�`"' Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, April 5, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan <br /> Furbush, Joe Callahan, and Tyler Gaudreau. <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. <br /> Business name: Wildfire Pizza <br /> Proiect Address: 2B Center St. <br /> Owner: Lisa and Mike Cannata <br /> Re nest: Business signage — Six (6) signs. <br /> 1. 24 in. x 11 ft. on road side of building <br /> 2. 5 x 5 on road side of building <br /> 3. 16 in. x 7 ft. above door <br /> 4. 24 in x 48 in. on each side of front door <br /> 5. 10 in. x 4 ft. ladder sign <br /> 6. 16 in. x 7 ft. above door <br /> Mike Cannata represented his signage proposal for his new pizza <br /> restaurant business location. The sign logo will be the same as what he <br /> used at his former location located at a gas station on Rte. 151. He provided <br /> the sign design, logo, and color rendering for the,Committee. <br /> There is an existing ladder sign on the property located at the driveway <br /> entrance on Rte. 130 that he will attach an appropriately sized logo. There <br /> will be a sign (24" x 11 ft.) located on the facade of the building facing Rte. <br /> 130. The sign has an aluminum backing with a peal and stick logo, and may <br /> be framed to make it look cleaner. The other sign locations will be above <br /> the entrance door, and on either side of the door. <br /> Jonathan said he has no issues but informed Mike that he will be sharing <br /> the square footage area with the other three units. <br /> Joe wanted to confirm the location of the door signs. Signs are not allowed <br /> on a roof. Joe asked if hanging signs are allowed above the door. <br /> Dave calculated 35 sq. ft. of total signage that's allowed under the bylaw at <br /> this location. The signage on the building facing Rte. 130 is approximately <br /> 22 sq. ft. <br />
