Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br /> This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br /> business day after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period, which extends through <br /> v A L' ,2(4 oLg": 4= . Special Permits and Written Findings shall <br /> lapse three years after date of grant unless a shorter period of time is specified in the <br /> MASHPEE TOWN CLERK Decision.
