MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> February 7 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 5 : 30 P .M. <br /> Members Present:, Wayne Garrett, Pat Coffey, Tony Ferragamo <br /> Als.c- Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Discussion <br /> Applicant: Bonwood/Southport <br /> Location: Old Barnstable Road <br /> Request: Continuation of discussion of provision of <br /> security for landscaping and approval of Phase <br /> 2I . <br /> Mi-ke Dunning and Ron Bonvie were present. Mr. Dunning <br /> presented a draft decision. <br /> Tony. had two comments : A. the L/C for $250 f 000 should <br /> include landscaping at the intersection of Old Barnstable <br /> and 'Rte . 151 . <br /> Mr. gunning will add that to the decision. <br /> B. Conditions -- the Board would like added that no work will <br /> proceed on Phase II before this landscaping be completed. <br /> Re-wording of draft decision <br /> A. "and the project sign area at the intersection of Old <br /> Barnstable Rd. and Rte. 151" . <br /> B. - "no building permits for Phase II or work performed in <br /> Phase II shall begin until either of revised conditions 1 or <br /> 2 above are satisfied" . <br /> At the end of #3 add "satisfy in the opinion of the Planning <br /> Board" . <br /> The Board signed the amended decision. <br /> Definitive Plans <br /> Applicant: Dolphin Bay Corp. <br /> Location: Ashers Heights . (Dolphin Bay) <br /> Request: Continuation of public hearings for definitive <br /> subdivision plan and special permit. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> He stated that he is on the Selectman' s agenda for Monday <br /> February 12th to get their approval . <br /> The Board of Health is satisfied as long as they can tie <br /> into the water line. <br /> Mr. Virgillio estimated it would cost the Town $45,000 to do <br /> the work on the new section of Asher ' s Path and the <br /> applicant has agreed to pay that sum. <br /> S <br /> Mr. Kirrane prepared a request for an extension until <br /> February 2 8 th. <br />
