There will be two covenants on <br /> the back lots, one for drainage and to secure the road. <br /> He would now 118ke to get their L/C reduced. <br /> Judy asked 'if the Board of Health consulted about the stump <br /> Tom explained that Lee spoke with the Board of Health. They <br /> have had complaints about Noisy Hole road. They have not <br /> been out to see the area. They outlined the procedure for <br /> filing a complaint, <br /> The Board asked Mr. Falacci 18f there are any plans to clean <br /> Mr. Falacclo stated that there seems to be additional stumps . <br /> They will clean 'it up; he understands they are responsible <br /> 01 <br /> for cleaning 'it up.. <br /> The new covenant covers lots on the unbuiolt portion of the <br /> road, ,all are covered on flooding covenant. <br /> The Board reviewed a copy of a letter to J. Falacc 01 f rom Com <br /> Electric regarding the electrical boxes.
