Tony stated that he all should submit and estimate to reduce she <br /> bond. <br /> Louise stated that she is net comfortable waiving the <br /> estimate requirement. <br /> The Board wi?1 go along with the $1 . 500 reduction -.but he <br /> should have Rai ted at the meeting to appear before the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Tony spoke with Jim Bartlett regarding the re vegetation at <br /> Beechwood Point and he has had no success at access to <br /> water. He will state that vecretation has been cut. <br /> Tony stated that it is his opinion that the unit owner wants <br /> the vegetation to die. <br /> The Board has $10, 000 they can us to have a locksmith ape;. <br /> the door because they have a right to access. <br /> They will consult with Torn Council first . <br /> It is an enforcement situation and will ask Dough Boyd to <br /> notify unit owners that they will be fined $3 0 0 per day for <br /> violations . <br /> Tony will send a letter to Doug Boyd notifying him of the <br /> situation and will copy it to Town Council and Kev_.... <br /> Harrington. Doug Boyd should hire the locksmi.th as part of <br /> the enforcement process. <br /> They will also ask Doug Boyd to meet witi1 the Board <br /> regarding the Boards sale in notifying his department of <br /> special permit violations. <br /> Tong explained to the Board that he has bee'i re t aI-ne? as a <br /> consultant by a group considering buying willowben,,?.
