Judy Mills , Tony Ferragamo, Wayne Garrett, Pat <br /> Coffey <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Consulting <br /> Engineer <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> workshop on open space <br /> - letter regarding Snatuit woods <br /> - Cape Cod Commission hearings <br /> - letter from RV. dissociates to Mr. Halpern <br /> -- sandwich bylaw changes <br /> - Barnstable Public Hearings <br /> -Falmouth ZBA hearings <br /> APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLANS <br /> Applicant: Mashpee water District <br /> Location: Off Back. Road, adjacent to Otis Air Base <br /> Request: Submission of- 1-lot ANR for water tank location. <br /> Nate Ellis was present. <br /> The plan was not previously submitted to the Town Planners office , <br /> as Mr. Ellis had expected it was and therefore this ANR was <br /> postponed. <br /> DISCUSSION �w <br /> Applicant: Mr. Jon Baker, property owner <br /> Location: willowbend/Fox Run <br /> Request: Mr. Baker wishes to find out from the Board what the <br /> current status is with willowbend f inances , phasing and <br /> septic , etc. <br /> Tony Ferragamo stepped down. <br /> Mr. Barer and -his attorney Mr. Bianchi were present and Mr. welch <br /> from sentry Bank and his attorney Mr. Dunning were present. <br /> Mr. Baker apologized for missing the last meeting and explained to <br /> the Board that what prompted the letter (which he previously sent <br /> to Board members) is that he is a property owner and charter member <br /> and is very concerned about the status of the project and his <br /> investment. when it became apparent that the project was not <br /> proceeding as originally planned by Hosetter/Larquay,r he T-7as <br /> concerned that it would be continuted to be developed. <br />
