SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> Applicant; Edward Grogan <br /> Location: Cranberry Hollow subdivision <br /> Request : Update Board on status of project. <br /> Mr. Grogan and Attorney Kevin Kirrane were present. <br /> Mr. ' Kirrane explained that several months ago they discussed <br /> changes in some of the sewer lines. <br /> Charlie submitted a report to the Board. The Board was concerned <br /> with having the disturbed areas revegetated. <br /> The applicant presented plans to the Board showing the areas whi:-h <br /> will be disturbed and revegetated. They plan to plant grass, they <br /> cannot plant trees because they may need access to the lines at <br /> some point. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that very small amounts of area will be ir`pacted <br /> by re-design and installation of the lines . <br /> Judy stated that she would pref er to see a natural ground cover, to <br /> blend in with the wooded area. <br /> Pat stated that if they would like to come back with this in <br /> another manner , the board would like to see it, they won' t have a <br /> hard time each step of the way. <br /> Louise stated that the grading as shown an the plan, especially <br /> around the Bog, will require a permit from Conservation Commission. <br /> The Board is very concerned about the grading. <br /> Mr. Grogan stated that originally there was a unit proposed at that <br /> location which was moved. <br /> Judy stated that her major concern is the work around the Bog and <br /> the material used in the open space. <br /> Tony suggested the applicant bring it to Design Revi,ew, they will <br /> work with the applicant to come up with an appropriate ground <br /> cover . <br /> Pat stated that the Board does not object to allowing the sewer <br /> lines but are concerned about the re-vegetation. <br /> Tony explained that from a conservation standpoint they should gat <br /> a request for determination, get a feeling for work to be done . <br /> Tony explained that the applicant should come back before the Board <br /> with Design Review' s recommendation and then they will vote to <br /> allow the sewer line . <br /> Applicant : Sentry Bank <br /> Location: (r1dâ–º7illowbend) <br /> Request : Discussion of status of Willowbend development re <br /> roads , etc. <br /> 2 <br />
