Consul't1��g <br />Engineer <br />RELEASE of COVENANT <br />Applicant: Asher`s heights/Mazel Realty Trust <br />Location: off Meetinghouse Road <br />Request: Release of covenant for 27 lots on Carleton Drive and <br />Swain Circle. <br />The applicant requested that this matter be postponed until <br />December 5th. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Applicant: windchime Point <br />Location: Great Neck Road South <br />Request : Discussion of Special Permit conditions, Vlat er Ouality <br />Monitoring Agreement. <br />Pat Coffey stepped down. <br />Judy explained that because there was no quorum the Board could <br />make no decisions or take any official action at this meeting. <br />Attorney Pat Butler was present representing the applicant. <br />Mr. Butler explained that representatives from IEP were present to <br />update the Board on the groundwater issues and are prepared to <br />submit a draft report. <br />Mr. Butler presented- a proposed modif ication to the Special Permit . <br />He did not submit a phasing schedule at this time. he did include <br />an amended conservation restriction. It has been discussed <br />verbally with The Trustees of Reservations and he will be <br />submitting a copy to them. <br />Judy stated that the Board would like a representation from the <br />Trustees that they are comfortable with the conservation <br />restrictions. <br />Becky Smith, geologist from IEP, presented the results of the water <br />quality testing. They will incorporate any com:nents from this <br />meeting into the final report. The scope of work has been expanded <br />from 4 sampling sites to 8 t 3 pizometers on the Mashpee River) and <br />biological monitoring. <br />The groundwater level data indicated the direction of f low (which <br />was Ydepicted on the map presented) closely parallels the <br />topography. The groundwater travel time was de t err.ined to be 3-3 <br />feet per day .in the vicinity of the leaching beds. <br />1 <br />
