Tn, Board ;rot��? to <br /> accept the applicant' s request to withdraw their 40B application <br /> without prejudice. The have re--filed 16 variances from lot size <br /> and frontage. <br /> The public hearing is scheduled for January 9th. <br /> Tong will send a letter to the ZBA stating that the Plannint, <br /> Board is not aware of any statutory author yty that allows <br /> variances of this kind and will refer them to Town Counsel. <br /> -- ENF comments on proposed float and dock.
