MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> June 6th, 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 <br /> Members Present: Pat Coffey, Judy Mills , Wayne Garrett, <br /> Louise Behrman, Tony Ferragamo <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Applicant: New Seabury Company <br /> Request: Signature of Definitive Plan for a 5 lot <br /> subdivision on Daniel 's Island Road. <br /> Mike Grotsky was present representing the applicant. <br /> He was present for a signature of the definitive plan. <br /> The Board reviewed the covenant and concurred it was <br /> acceptable wording. Mire signed it and Kevin Kirrane <br /> notarized it. <br /> He will bring back 7 copies of the plan later this evening. <br /> Approval Not Reauired Plan <br /> Applicant: Joseph DiMaggio <br /> Location: Rte. 130 (gas station lot) <br /> Request: submission of 1--lot ANR Plan by Cape and Islands <br /> Surveying. <br /> Dave Sinicki from Cape and Island Surveying was present <br /> representing the applicant. <br /> He presented the plan to the Board. The applicant owns two <br /> lots and would like to combine them into one lot. It is a <br /> definition of property line. <br /> Judy stated that the zoning district on the plan was wrong. <br /> Tam stated that there will be two principal structures on <br /> the same lot. <br /> He would like to speak to Town Counsel about this . <br /> Mr. - Sinicki will return in 2 weeks after the Board has <br /> received the opinion of Town Counsel and he will correct the <br /> zoning district from R3 to R5. <br /> Tony stated that they are obligated to endorse it. as an ANR <br /> but the question is what it would mean to zoning compliance <br /> by endorsing it . <br /> Torn will speak with Mr . Reardon and put the applicant on the <br /> agenda for two weeks . <br />
