MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 3, 1990 - <br /> Meeting commenced at 6:30 F.M. <br /> Members Present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills, Pat Coffey, <br /> Louise Behrman <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Applicant: Richardson Jonas <br /> Location: Jonas Drive Extension <br /> Request: Rele'ase of Covenant. <br /> Charlie was not present at this time, however he did prepare <br /> a letter which stated that he did make an inspection of <br /> Jonas Drive Extens i on and found it to be in compliance. <br /> Mr. Jonas presented a release of covenant form. <br /> Louise made a motion to release the covenant on Jonas Drive <br /> Extension. Judy seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor. <br /> Correspondence <br /> - Motion made by Louise that all members of the Board <br /> (Ferragamo, Mills , Coffey, Behrman and Garrett) are <br /> authorized to sign ANR plans . Judy seconded the motion. <br /> All Board members were in favor. <br /> - Board signed a voucher to release the $10,000 for <br /> Lebel--Sollows. Lee made a site inspection to ensure the sign <br /> was up properly. <br /> Letter from Armando Carbonell, Director, CCPEDC explaining <br /> that all Planning Boards should check maps of their town. <br /> - Letter from John Connely to Lee Weller asking him to <br /> clarify whether the Planning Board is referring to 100 feet <br /> or approximately 1300 feet of paving on Back Road, <br /> The Board authorized Lee to respond that it was closer to <br /> 1300 feet and remind him the Board gage him the option to <br /> explain why he felt it doesn' t need to be paved and the <br /> Planning Board will look into it further. <br /> Board Items <br /> Tom explained that the article for Town Meeting for New <br /> Seabury has been submitted. However, the combined area <br /> which was represented as 70 acres it really 250 acres. <br /> Tony ask them to come into next meeting and review those <br /> issues raised before going to Town Meeting. <br /> - 1 - <br />
