They are still having some 4 <br /> financial funding problems with the Resolution '^rust <br /> Corporation which took over for bank funding thiss 'ro ect . 1 <br /> p � <br /> He has not gotten disbursements necessary to do 1-avega tat ion <br /> work, has had only one disbursement in the last 3 Months . <br /> They presented a letter from Resolution Trust stating that , <br /> the money is there and hopefully within the ne:;t month will <br /> have another disbursement. The revegetation wore will then <br /> be started. <br /> They would like the Board to consider an extension for an <br /> additional 3 month period and will hopefully have. the work <br /> done in that period of time . <br /> Wayne asked what would happen if Board did not agr eV to, . <br /> extension? <br /> Ron stated that it would greatly hurt the project busad on <br /> representations made to banks. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated that they anticipate closing ne:{t weeT; but ' <br /> have anticipated that for 3 months . He doesn't want the <br /> Board to think he is promising things, he may ba bac:c in 3 <br /> months . <br /> Pat stated that it is reasonable requests~.n s nr-,. <br /> public health or safety issues. <br /> Pat made a motion to extend for 90 days .
