There were <br /> .butters present to discuss this matter with the Board. <br /> Tom explained to the Board that he received a letter from the <br /> Barnstable County Credit Union which stated they are canceling <br /> all their Letters of Credit, including the $405, 000 for Winslow <br /> Farms, They are also foreclosing on Winslow Farms and Ashers <br /> Heights. <br /> The projects will be in. "limbo" for 3 to 6 months <br /> Tom attempted to contact Mazall Realty Trust and all the numbers <br /> have been disconnected. Sands Real Estate said they have nothing <br /> to do with them. He also called the Gratht Union who confirmed <br /> that the Board has no security and they will be foreclosing can <br /> these projects. The have a 15% interest in Asher. Heights and <br /> the rest is owned by the Digital Employees Credit Union, Tarn <br /> explained to the Credit Union the problem with Hansen Drive. Mr. <br /> Buckley of the Credit Union stated that he could not make any <br /> commitments but they probably will work on it when they take over <br /> the property in 3 to 6 months, The property is still in the <br /> hands of Mazell Realty Trust, <br /> The Town does have the $45, 000 for the Asher. Path relocation. <br /> The rest of the project just has covenants <br /> Charlie stated that Winslow Farms is in reasonably good shape but <br /> not completed, <br /> Tom explained that the Credit Union said they would finish the <br /> roads there to make it saleable since it is 90% complete. The <br /> Board does have covenants on the remaining 9 lots, <br /> Charlie reviewed Asher. Heights. Nothing has been done since the <br /> fall, He had meet on the site with Mr. Smith and agreed that the <br /> stone work was done inadequately and they would rip it out. <br /> Three weeks ago he received a sketch from Baxter and Nye with <br /> some different type of stone behind the larger stone but dial not <br /> feel the stone was the proper type, while inside the development <br /> this evening, there was a pile of stone that looks like the <br /> proper material, it was more angular. <br /> 1 <br />
