P <br /> vy <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated that can be resolved. <br /> Mr. McGaffigan explained to the Board that Mr. Suanders has been <br /> contracted to complete the water monitoring but he is backed up <br /> for 3 weeks . <br /> Tom stated that he did call to confirm that. <br /> Tony explained that while going over the special permit, there <br /> seems to be a number of issues that are not in compliance. <br /> Dedicated open space and access easements to be conveyed to the <br /> Town of Mashpee, what is the status of it? <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated that he left it to his attorney to convey <br /> to the Town. <br /> Tom stated that there was a request from the Selectmen for his <br /> opinion on taking the open space. <br /> Tony stated that the covenants should not have been released and <br /> there will be no further releases until the conveyance occurs . <br /> Cooperate with the DPW on improvements to Davids way as a <br /> secondary access. If no funds are available the applicant shall <br /> bear the cost of improvements. Any work on that? <br /> Mr, McGaffigan stated they have not done any work on that and <br /> don' t plan to until the third phase, not much traffic in the <br /> subdivision now. <br /> Tony would like to see a plan before that phase and they should <br /> assume there will be no funds. <br /> Mark all the open space prior to release of covenant. <br /> Mr, McGaffigan stated that it was not done. <br /> Proper disposal of stumps and debris and provide a report to <br /> the Planning Board, <br /> Mr. McGaffigan has not presented those reports but will work on <br /> getting it done. <br /> Declaration for the Homeowners Association regarding no <br /> household hazardous waste in septic systems. There is no <br /> provision in the declaration. It will have to be amended and re- <br /> f iled with the Board. <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated that it was overlooked. <br /> --Oil/gas separators in catch basins and a written statement that <br /> they have been cleaned. <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated that he does not know about the oil/gas <br /> separators. They have no been cleaned. <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated that he can take care of most of these <br /> items quickly. <br /> Tony told him the Board will want to see documentation that they <br /> have been completed. He asked when will they be eliminated? <br /> Mr. McGaffigan stated he will try to have them eliminated by the <br /> next meeting. <br /> He will return on the May 15th with documentation that the issues <br /> have been resolved. <br /> The Homeowners Association of Windchime Point ,joined the meeting <br /> at this time. The Board explained that Mr. Butler has already <br /> 5 <br />
