He explained that they were looking <br /> at all special permits but some of these issues became apparent <br /> when reviewing the file with Town Counsel because of the suit. <br /> Louise stated that there has been sloppiness before this issue <br /> with building permits , this is the second issue of sloppiness . <br /> Now that the Board has requested the stop work orders be removed <br /> the pressure is now off for bounding/monumenting. <br /> Anne Shaw told Mr. Rirrane that she will not take any action <br /> without express written action from the Planning Board. <br /> Tom stated that she wants to set up the account herself. <br /> He will check into this. <br /> The applicant will return in two weeks with all additional <br /> information. <br /> Fat made a motion that on lots 3 . 5. 36 and 37 stop work orders be <br /> withdrawn. Louise seconded the motion. He had <br /> filed a proof of claim on letters of credit from Capital Bank. <br /> It says the documentation does not substantial the claim.
