Fraser, Chairman Joseph Gibbons, MAA <br /> Paul P. Andrews, Vice Chairman Director of Assessing <br /> John Bartos, Clerk <br /> 1. Call to order: Chairman Fraser called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Public comments — no public comment. <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> Paul Andrews motioned to approve the Public Session Minutes of Wednesday, ApFil 06, 2022. <br /> John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes — 3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Paul Andrews, yes <br /> 4. Old Business: <br /> Residential Exemption update including Town Meeting report by Assessing <br /> Director— Mr. Gibbons will be attending the 05/23/2022 Select Board Meeting with <br /> the Finance Team to discuss an agenda item regarding possible implementation of <br /> the Residential Exemption. The Board of Assessors has not been in favor of the <br /> Residential Exemption in the past and individual members are not aware of anything <br /> that would lead them to, now, support the Residential Exemption. Chairman Gregg <br /> Fraser said that he is planning to attend the 05/23/2022 Select Board Meeting. <br /> 5. New Business: <br /> Verizon New England Inc. Contract Review for FY2023 to FY2027 - Board of Assessors <br /> signed the FY2023-FY2027 Agreement with Verizon New England for its 504 Utility <br /> Valuation. <br /> Paul Andrews motioned to approve the abovementioned contract. <br /> John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Paul Andrews, yes <br /> Email: Assessing@mashpeema.gov I Telephone: 508.539,1404 1 Fax: 508.539.1145 <br />
