The Pledge of <br />Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES — May 18, 2022 <br />There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of May 18, 2022 as written. <br />Seconded by Mr. Richardson. All in favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consider adoption of Select Board Policy 81: Participation at Public Meetings <br />Ms. Waygan hopes everyone had a chance to read the lengthy document. She noted it was revised <br />recently and was well written. She is hoping it will be accepted by this Board, with any reference to a <br />three minute limit being struck. <br />Mr. Fulone is unclear what changed as he does not have a copy of the previous document. <br />Ms. Waygan stated this is the current policy that was revised on May 23, 2022, she is unsure what has <br />changed. <br />Ms. Faulkner commented on IV Public Comments and Agenda items, they are changing that language <br />and it can be written as desired. The Chair may allow Public Comment on a specific agenda item. <br />
