The Pledge of <br />Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES — June 01, 2022 and June 08, 2022 <br />Approval of meeting minutes postponed until next meeting. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Applicant: Marecello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 532 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot definitive <br />subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately 18.05 acres located <br />on Main Street (Route 130) between Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Ms. Waygan commented there was correspondence from Attorney Christopher Kirrane for Counsel for <br />dated June 15'. He acknowledged he is representing the owner at 532 Rt. 130. On May 121h the <br />applicant came to an agreement to utilize Nicoletta's Way as access. Details to be finalized. On May <br />261h a letter was sent to the owners on his client's behalf outlining terms discussed and allowing <br />applicants to utilize access. The owners of Nicoletta's Way are still reviewing terms. Mr. Kirrane <br />anticipates this will be complete by the end of this week. Upon completion, a modified plan or new <br />application will be filed with the Board. The owner is taking the Board's preference for a plan seriously <br />and further request a continuance to July 20, 2022 to allow parties to reach agreement. <br />
