The Pledge of <br />Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES —July 06, 2022 <br />No comments were made regarding the minutes. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from July 06, 2022 as written. <br />Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. Mr. Fulone and Mr. Richardson abstain. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />7:10PM (Continued from June 15, 2022) <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 532 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot definitive subdivision <br />plan of land consisting of approximately 18.05 acres located on Main Street <br />(Route 130) between Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Ms. Waygan stated the Board received a letter from Attorney Christopher Kirrane who represents the <br />applicant. Since he is present this evening she asked him to summarize his request for the Board. <br />Mr. Kirrane forwarded a letter to the Planning Department requesting a continuance of this matter to the <br />August 17th hearing. They are working with trustees of Nicoletta's Way to be able to use Nicoletta's <br />
