Tyler was absent. <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 8:35 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 8:35 am Project Address: 5 North Market St.. <br /> Business name: Innerglow Yoga <br /> Owner/Agent: Michele Itzkowitz <br /> Request: Two (2) wooden wall signs 63" x 18", with vinyl logo lettering, and <br /> window decals; one- 30" x 30", and seven 12" x 12". <br /> Owner, Michelle Itzkowitz, represented herself for the sign application for the Innerglow <br /> Yoga Studio. There will be two wooden wall signs, 63"x 18"with vinyl logo lettering along <br /> the bottom of the front window, a wooden logo sign -30" x 30", and seven decals; 12" x <br /> 12" logo symbols in the bottom of each window section as submitted. <br /> The Committee questioned the film covering in the windows that is blocking the view to <br /> inside the studio, and could be a potential safety issue. <br /> There were no more questions from the Committee. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to approve as presented, two wooden wall signs and six 12" <br /> decals" for Innerglow Yoga, 5 Market St., pending approval by Police, Fire, and Building <br /> Departments. <br /> Ms. Faulkner, seconded. No discussion. All were in favor. <br /> Ms. Faulkner made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in favor.
