Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Donald MacDonald, Barbara Nichols, Paul Bibo <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the June 28, 2022 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Don MacDonald <br /> and second by Barbara Nichols. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Debi did the lake measurements on July3 d and July, 15 Ih. Levels were 55.5 feet above sea <br /> level down to 55.2 feet. There was 10 inches of water flowing over the board on the 15"', and 10.5 down <br /> to 8.5 inches of water in the stream by the stairs this month. Barbara measured 1.6 inches of water in her <br /> rain gauge from mid -June to mid- July, none in the last two weeks. <br /> .......... ......... <br /> Conclusions: The lake level is down to 55.2 ft. above sea level, <br /> [Agenda topic 2] M W Lake Study Update <br /> Discussion: The study being done by Brian Howes at UMass Dartmouth is underway, and daily data is <br /> being collected. Ashley Fisher was unable to attend our meeting so no further information is available. <br /> ................. ........... ........ ......................... <br /> Conclusions: The study is in progress. <br /> [Agenda topic 3] M. Lake Water Quality <br /> Discussion: The Town is testing the water quality weekly and it is acceptable for swimming at this time. <br /> No further information is available. <br /> ........... .......... <br /> Conclusion: The water is acceptable for swimming at this time. <br /> ................... 1............... ................ <br />
