It seems there are ways of calculating <br /> workforce, 60%-120%AMI, maybe 70% on the low end and maybe as high as 140%. Take a stab at <br /> the range, then define it by number of people living off Cape and working on Cape, and who would <br /> like to live on Cape. Then, add families with children entering the workforce who want to have their <br /> own place. <br /> Ms. Wells stated they will take a stab but it may be controversial. <br /> Mr. Isbitz commented that it may be controversial but an outcome could be correction. <br /> 2.
