The vote was unanimous to accept the minutes. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Reorganization of Board <br /> Peggy made a motion to have Ernest Virgilio remain Chairman of the Board, Deb seconded the <br /> motion. The vote was unanimous for Ernest Virgilio to stay as Chairman of the Board of <br /> Registrars. <br /> Set the Ballot for the Special Election on Tuesday, October 1,2019, only for 1 seat for <br /> Selectmen due to the passing of John J. Cahalan on June 8, 2019. <br /> Names were written on pieces of paper, folded and placed in a hat. One name was pulled out at a <br /> time by Deb, Ernie and Peggy until none remained. <br /> Selectmen-order of how they will appear on the ballot <br /> 1. Michael R. Richardson <br /> 2. Elana C. Doyle <br /> 3. David W. Weeden <br /> 4. Robert F. Bono <br /> Deb made a motion to adjourn, Peggy seconded it. Unanimous vote to adjourn. <br />
